The report summarizes the technical reports, computer programs, and computer user's manuals which were prepared to fulfill the requirements of the project 'Environmental Effects for Zero Maintenance Pavements.' The Project scope contained two study phases. Phase I entitled 'Identification and Definition of Contributing Factors' contained three research task areas which were directed at identification (Task A), classification (Task B), and documentation (Task C) of the influences environment and aging have on rigid, flexible and composite pavements. Phase II entitled 'Analytical Model Development' also contained three study tasks as follows: (1) Task A - Environmental-Interactive Distress Flow Chart. (2) Task B - Rutting-Cracking Model for Flexible Pavements and Overlays. (3) Task C - Water Infiltration Model.
