Effect of Stress-Strain Characteristics of High-Strength Reinforcement on the Behavior of Reinforced Concrete Beam-Columns
The object of the research was to investigate analytically the effects of the stress-strain curves of reinforcing bars of various types of steel on the strength and behavior of reinforced concrete sections subjected to various combinations of axial load and bending moment. This was done by means of a method of analysis which considers realistic properties of the steel and concrete. (Author)
