The purpose of this appraisal study is to review past work and update the designs and costs to meet current standards and needs so that Wymer dam and reservoir can be compared to other alternatives. The primary purpose of Wymer dam and reservoir is to create additional storage in the Yakima River basin to: Improve anadromous fish habitat. Improve the water supply for proratable irrigation water rights. Meet future municipal water supply.
