Tests were performed on the left spillway tunnel of Glen Canyon Dam August 11 through 17, 1984. The tests were used to evaluate: the effectiveness of the air slot; the adequacy of the tunnel lining repair specification; and the model to prototype conformance. The evaluations were made through a series of measurements and observations. Results showed the newly installed air slot to be operating satisfactorily. Evidence of cavitation damage was not observed.
