The report describes the work done in Norway under Task VIII, Subtask D, of the International Energy Agency's Solar Heating and Cooling Program entitled Passive and Hybrid Solar Low Energy Buildings. It describes the program and design phases of the Norwegian building projects planned under the subtask, and presents the final designs as they are presently being built. There are two projects, both dwellings. One is located in Trondheim, the other one in Oslo. They are both planned by local design teams.
