Volume 1 of a five volume technical report includes three housing studies. The first, presents data to assess how well the current housing stock is serving the needs of the people of Florida. The second examines the various segments of private production including conventional construction, mobile homes, and factory-built housing. The study includes an inventory of the existing stock with an analysis of its characteristics, projected volume of production, production costs, the obstacles facing housing production and recommendations. The third, projections of housing production requirements, presents annual construction estimates.
