Transport and Inner City Firms: Results of the Leeds Surveys
Twelve firms from the Holbeck Hunslet Industrial Area of inner Leeds were surveyed early in 1980 to determine the type, extent and severity of their transport problems. In order to compare and contrast these problems with those of firms located in an outer urban area twelve firms in the Stanningley area of Leeds were also surveyed. This paper presents the survey results aggregated for each of the study areas.
