Based on the identification and analysis of housing problems and the preparation of a comprehensive, coordinated and continuing housing plan and program, a preliminary assessment of the community's housing problems has been undertaken. Additionally, a housing work program has been prepared with particular attention given to housing problems and needs of the low-income and minority groups. (Author)
