Otis Company Dam No.1 is a concrete-faced stone masonry gravity dam with overall length of about 150 ft. The dam has a maximum height of 27 ft. The spillway is 94 feet long and 22 feet high. It is small in size with a significant hazard potential. The dam is in fair condition at present time, requiring some remedial work to the structure.
