Survey of Federally Assisted Housing in Northwest Missouri Region
The housing market system in a Region can be stimulated and encouraged by appropriate Federal Policies and programs dealing with housing problems. However, often the identification of the proper and most beneficial role for the Federal Government to play within the housing system is difficult to determine. The report attempts to document the Federal role concerning housing within the Northwest Missouri Region, as well as propose means toward solving some of the housing problems on a Regional basis. A method for determining future low-income elderly housing needs is presented, along with population and low-income elderly housig projections to 19190.
