Scientific Accompaniment for Complex Reconstruction of Buildings and Structures
Abstract Problems associated with unsubstantiated cost increases for work performed for site development and substructure installation during construction and reconstruction due to a lack of methodology for the assessment and management of construction risks are discussed. Modern methods of cooperative analyses make it possible to eliminate this deficiency. The need for interactive monitoring during construction, which permits the introduction of design changes that will increase reliability without lowering safety requirements and minimize risk, is indicated.
