Experience in determining the numerical characteristics of landslide movements
Conclusions The use of the right-angle intersection method at hydro developments in mountain regions makes it possible to obtain the movements of a slide practically in any part of it with small expenditures and sufficient accuracy. For a known direction of displacement the placement of the reference points and point being determined along one line of displacement and determination of the distances from the reference point to those being determined by means of a geodetic-distance meter are effective.
