Regional demand foe electricity and implications for policy
Abstract This study estimates sectoral electricity demand for the Tennessee Valley, employing retail distributor level pooled data. Its design is structured around availability of natural gas. Demand parameters are sufficiently different from those estimated from state data to warrant similar studies for meeting regional power planning and policy evaluation needs.
