The results of laboratory measurements of the airborne and structure borne flanking sound transmission of timber-framed glass facades in vertical direction are described in relation to the new European standards. The results of Kij -values should give an answer whether the type of junction with the concrete wall or ceiling is relevant for the sound transmission or can be neglected.
