SBAS-InSAR algorithm performs highway settlement monitoring to assist construction and maintenance
This paper employs the SBAS-InSAR analysis technique and Sentinel-1 satellite data to monitor deformation in the vicinity of Highway, spanning roughly 2 kilometers. It discovers significant settlement deformation in localized areas due to coal mining voids, with the maximum deformation velocity reaching 182 mm/year and the largest deformation at 171 mm. Identified near ZYT City and EGH City, close to highways, this deformation poses a risk to highway safety. Utilizing InSAR technology, widely applied for measuring deformation fields, this research aims to assess the stability and deformation around the highway near the collapse zones. It seeks to support decision-making and enhance highway construction and maintenance safety by providing critical deformation data.
