Research on digital twin simulation of prefabricated steel structure substation
With the development of prefabricated construction, substation engineering construction is also shifting towards modular construction. Therefore, prefabricated steel structure substations have been widely used in power systems. However, the construction of prefabricated substations currently relies on a large number of on-site experiments and lacks accurate supervision and feedback methods. This article proposes a technical route for the construction of simulated prefabricated steel structure substations based on digital twin technology and carries out its application. Through BIM, IOT, and AI, the construction of digital twin models and data transmission are completed. This provides convenience for achieving digital expression of substation construction, simulating assembly processes, and optimizing construction processes.
