Infrared Reflectivity, Inelastic Light Scattering and Energy Gap in a Y-Ba-Cu-O Superconductors
Abstract Below 93K the spectra of FIR reflection and inelastic light scattering of Y-Ba-Cu-O samples reveal the peculiarities related with superconducting gap and optical phonons. The magnitude of the gap is found to be 2Δ =(30±2) meV.
