Environmental sound product innovation and Integrated Product Policy (IPP)
Abstract There is first an overview on product innovation, its (environmental) types and some empirical evidence on innovation and environmental challenges are presented. Then, the concept of Integrated Product Policy (IPP) is introduced and its relationship with product innovation explained. The main emphasis is given to presenting some proposals for supporting product innovation by public policy IPP. The contribution ends with thoughts about opportunities and challenges.
