Abstract The project for the moebius bench was carried out as part of the digital fabrication module within the post-graduate Master program; Computational Design and Construction. The goal was not only to design a piece of furniture digitally in 3D but also to transfer it into a physical product in a 1:1 scale. For the production of the various parts, the panels were cut with a 5 axis CNC-Waterjet-Cutter.
