Research on Intelligent Control and Evaluation Technology for Soil-Cement Mixing Pile Construction
Abstract In order to solve the problems of low degree of automation, backwardness of quality control and evaluation methods, simplified design and construction parameters in the construction of soil cement mixing piles, an intelligent control and evaluating system for soil cement mixing pile construction has been developed. Through the system, an intelligent control and evaluation technology of soil cement mixing pile construction is studied. Research shows that in this system, construction data can be conducted automatic collection, uploading and storage, remote real-time sharing and monitoring during the whole process of pile-forming. Furthermore, alarm processing for abnormal conditions and real-time evaluation of the single pile quality can also be achieved. The actual soil condition at pile position is determined according to the drill pipe current of pile machine. Different soil layers require different guniting quantity to achieve design strength. The frequency guniting is realized through automatic control program of guniting quantity to optimize design and construction parameters. Pile length, cement content per meter and verticality of pile body are the key parameters for evaluating the construction quality of soil cement mixing piles, which are analyzed and determined to establish a model for evaluating the quality of soil cement mixing piles. The analysis and evaluation of single pile quality can be achieved when the construction is completed, effectively guaranteeing the quality of single pile and the treatment effect of the whole site.
