Research on Restoration of Ancient Buildings Based on BIM Technology
As an important part of the three-dimensional digital technology, BIM technology and three-dimensional laser scanning techniques can be used to make information models in combination with the actual situation of the project, and complete the design, construction, management of the project. BIM technology has the advantages of visibility, coordination, simulation, and improves the quality and level of construction projects. This paper studies the use of BIM technology and three-dimensional laser scanning techniques in ancient building protection process. By building a three-dimensional stereoscopic model for the entire ancient building, this paper develops a complete process to improve the overall quality of ancient building repair. In addition, this paper studies the application of BIM technology and three-dimensional laser scanning techniques in ancient building repair protection, and proposes corresponding solution strategies to increase the protection of ancient buildings.
