Critical Temperature of Superconductivity Caused by Strong Correlations
Abstract Detailed numerical calculations have been performed of the critical temperature of superconductivity caused by strong correlations based on the mechanism of Anderson combined with the coherent-potential-approximation. The results confirm our former approximate estimate of the carrier number dependence reported in Jpn. J. Appl. Phys. 26 L371 (1987).
