The Scheme for Producing Synthetic Coal Oil Using Hydrogenation Autoclave
Fossil oil is one of the important sources of raw materials for the petrochemical industry, the production technology of which is different in a great variety and demand for the produced finite high-tech products. In connection with the demand and the price of produced oil are constantly increasing while oil reserves are decreasing. An alternative is of using black coal for production from it of synthetic coal oil which approximates to the mineral fossil oil in properties. The main technological process in practice of production synthetic coal oil from coal is its hydrogenation that is hydrogen saturation of intermediate technological product. However, this process is characterized over consumption of energy resources in particular the heat energy because it proceeds at high pressure and temperature. In this article technological scheme has been invented for decreasing energy resources cost at this stage by using side technological hydrocarbon products as a fuel for getting the heat energy which uses in hydrogenation autoclave.
