This chapter looks at future directions of sustainable urban planning (SUP) in Bushwick, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Downtown Brooklyn, and Southeast Brooklyn (including Coney Island), and New York City and beyond. These directions are based on lessons learned within the chapters (covering decades of planning in Bushwick, Northeast Brooklyn, and other parts of Brooklyn).
