Creep Rupture Strength of Steel Grade DI59 for TPE-216M Type Boiler Superheaters of the Kharanorskaya State Regional Electric Power Generation Station (GRÉS)
Creep rupture strength of austenitic chromium-manganese steel grade DI59 is investigated in the temperature range 700 and 750°C and stress range 30 – 80 MPa not studied previously. It is shown that failure is classical under conditions of metal creep rupture strength exhaustion. Test data are approximated by an equation whose structure is proposed by I. I. Trunin.
