Assessing the Critical Success Factors Influencing the Efficiency of Existing Health and Safety Practices in the Construction Industry of Kerala
This study aims to conduct a significant analysis to understand factors that impact the effectiveness of existing health and safety practices within the construction sector of Kerala. This research aims to reveal the factors that determine the efficiency of health and safety measures through a detailed literature review and engagement with relevant stakeholders, such as contractors, construction companies, and workers. Involving methods such as structured questionnaires. The study intends to have a complete picture of the current situation of health and safety on construction sites in Kerala. The SPSS system will be used to develop statistical data and carefully interpret the results to develop important performance metrics that must be used to pinpoint key performance indicators that affect health and safety. This will not just involve the identification of limitations but also ensure the partnership of industry experts and other stakeholders to formulate practical solutions that overcome the limitations. The ultimate goal is to help in the improvement of the conditions of occupational health and safety in the construction sector in the state of Kerala.
