Based on BIM Computer-Aided Construction Management Research
As an important work of construction project management, construction schedule management is related to the realization of project duration, cost and quality. With the increasing and complex of modern buildings, more and more challenges are brought to the management of construction schedule, and more strict requirements are put forward for the management level of construction schedule. nevertheless, the application of BIM in schedule management is still in the simulation stage, and the value of BIM needs to be developed. In addition to meeting the needs of aesthetics and function, a successful building also needs to meet the needs of the human environment, such as thermal engineering, ventilation, light, noise and indoor air quality. Building life cycle management (BLM) is an application field of BIM technology. This paper first studies the traditional progress management theory and method, clarifies the work content and implementation method of the traditional progress plan, schedule optimization and schedule control, and secondly, deeply analyzes the scope and function of the BIM technology and the commonly used BIM software at home and abroad.
