This chapter offers a brief summary of the overall thesis of this book. Subsequently, three further lines of reflection for future research on sharing by design are delineated. These three lines are: first, what cannot or should not be designed for the sharing system; second, how to think about the political design of the sharing system; and third, a discussion on improving the design research methodology of sharing by design.
