On a Mean Field Theory for Superconductivity in Highly Correlated Electron Systems
Abstract The purpose of this brief report is twofold: (i) to derive an effective Hamiltonian based on a renormalized Fermi liquid theory1,2 and on the so-called Kondo volume collapse3 which may serve as a starting point for a description of superconductivity in Kondo lattice systems, and (ii) to solve this Hamiltonian for the different gap functions in the simplifiexd case of isotropic singlet-like superconductivity.
