Abstract This striking 82-story tower graces the skyline of downtown Chicago, just north of Millennium Park. Designed by architect Jeanne Gang (and Studio Gang), the building includes a mix of uses—the lower levels of the structure are a hotel, but there are also condominiums and rental apartments in the building as well. It includes a number of green features, such as a large podium park on its third level, the use of bamboo, and low-flow plumbing fixtures.
