Evaluation of the Construction Audit
The results of an audit result in a presentation of findings, the appropriate form of which depends on the circumstances of the individual case. It may, for example, take the form of an audit report, an expert opinion on the subject matter of the audit or a workshop. The form, content and scope of the presentation of results varies depending on the subject of the audit and the objectives pursued by the client of a construction audit. If the client has not already formulated this in the invitation to tender for the construction audit service, it is advisable to agree it in advance of the inspection. The chapter shows examples of the aforementioned representations of results.
