Tehnico – Economic Analysis to Change the Public Buildings in Energy Efficiency Buildings
The paper presents a study on the use of renewable energy sources to ensure thermal comfort parameters in public high school buildings. The implementation of renewable energy sources is also a real challenge in particular at the level of public buildings. The case study shows a proposed system that ensures the thermal energy for heating and cooling based on heat pump soil to water with vertical loops. Comparative analysis it is made between the proposed system – the heat pump and the base system – natural gas boiler.
