Abstract Construction sector is one of the sectors where occupational-work accidents are highest. A way to minimize accident ratio in this sector is to manage the subject of occupational health and safety beyond the legal necessities. In this study, necessary precautions that company management has to take are explained for the development of safety culture in construction sector and they are evaluated.
