Experimental Study on Creep Behavior for Thawed Saturated Clay
Abstract The shear properties and creep properties of thawed saturated clay were studied at different stress levels based on a series of undrained triaxial shear tests and creep tests. A hyperbolic creep model was employed to fit the obtained strain-time curves based on analyzing the evolution of the creep strain, the fitting parameters were also determined. The results show that the hyperbolic creep model can be used for predicting the evolution of creep strain for thawed saturated subgrade clay.
