BIM Prefabricated Building Construction Quality Control Simulation System
The field of construction engineering in China is characterized by a large number of projects, a large scale, and a complex structure. With the advancement of science and technology, the requirements for the quality of engineering projects are getting higher and higher. Based on the management of new methods and technologies, effective and orderly quality management of engineering projects is a problem that China’s construction industry must solve. In this paper, combined with the BIM model, a prefabricated building construction project was investigated and studied, and it was found that during the implementation of the construction project; there were 78.02% of the frequency of substandard installation accuracy and 64.84% of the frequency of insufficient on-site cutting accuracy of prefabricated components. The frequency of insufficient grouting problems is 17.58%, and the main measure to solve these problems is to use BIM technology to optimize the construction process.
