Sustainable Development of the Construction of Buildings for Educational Institutions
The article includes the described advantages of digital technologies in the construction, known as information modeling (BIM) and geoinformation technologies (GIS). This integration can significantly simplify the information storing in regard to object of construction the building lifecycle. Moreover, it accompanies various types of construction studies on all stages of construction, e.g., the object design, combined with construction, usage, demolition and waste disposal. The construction of educational institutions is one of the key stages for the sustainable development for every city. There are new construction technologies and materials for improving the internal environment of educational institutions in order to maintain a comfortable and safe acquisition of knowledge. Various measures serve to improve energy efficiency and environmental friendliness as well as designing according to current ecological standards. The complex of BIM and GIS technologies greatly simplifies and accelerates the accuracy of managerial decisions related with object at all stages of the life cycle.
