Introduction of a System for Monitoring Deformation of the Foundation of the AE64.31 Gas Turbine Unit at the TPP-9 Thermal Power Plant of PJSC Mosenergo
Material obtained from scientific research and development work on monitoring the deformation of the foundation and stator with an estimate of the changes in the mutual positions of the supports of the AE64.31 GTU is presented. Data on the shift of the foundation points and elements of the stator of the GTU associated with the startup and shutdown modes of the equipment, shrinkage in the mass of concrete, and changes in the seasonal temperature in the machine hall are presented. The dependences of the change in vibration on changes in the shaft misalignment are obtained.
