In all variables except relationships with neighbors, the housing satisfaction of general purchase households appeared lower than that of resettled cooperative households. In conclusion, the success in general sales, which is a key part of house redevelopment projects, is essential for solving the problem with development fund to achieve the original goal of the redevelopment projects of providing pleasant residential environment to low-income brackets, and for this, it is necessary to build redevelopment apartment complexes with satisfactory residential environments. Then, housing satisfaction not only of resettled cooperative households but also of general purchase households will naturally go higher, and the gap in housing satisfaction between the two groups will become narrower.
