Building economics: research without results?
Building economics means different things to different people, or - to put it more accurately perhaps - the nuances of meaning vary according to circumstances, especially the circumstances of geography. Acknowledging these differences, an unusually interesting survey of international research into various aspects of building economics has recently been published. Its implications emphasise the importance of the work now being pursued on the international level by CIB through its working commission W55.
