The purpose of this study is to evaluate the permanent deformation of four pure bitumen and modified asphalt mixtures. Conventional and modified asphalt with different polymer percentages were studied under static creep and recovery loading conditions. The study showed that the bitumen's consistence influences positively the permanent deformation resistance and modified bitumen with 5% of ground tire rubber improves the bituminous mix's behaviour at the various temperature.
