High frequency ozonizer driven by current impressed type inverter
A high frequency ozonizer which is driven by a current impressed type inverter has been developed. This type inverter has some important advantages for the silent discharge ozonizer, such as longer discharge duration, more uniform discharge and higher electric power factor. The ozonizer can take a discharge power density 3 times larger than a conventional power frequency ozonizer with the same electrode configuration.
