Combined multibody dynamics of link system of wheel loder and control circuit of hydraulic pump
A method to solve the combined dynamic response of a link system of wheel loader and the flow control circuit of hydraulic piston pump (HPP) has been studied. A multi-body dynamics modeling of a link system in a wheel loader has been done at first using the Lagrange method. The flow in the control circuit of HPP, which consist of several kind of valves, orifices, piston-cylinder systems, piping branches, and so on, is analysed at the same time. A computer simulation system for solving these combined system has been developed, and the power control characteristics to plural outlets, for both link-arm and backet-hand are clarified. Some numerical simulations are performed and the results are partly compared with those obtained by experiments. The satisfactory concordance between them are obtained.
