Road paving block that recycles waste glass
Matsushita Sangyo Co., Ltd. has started marketing a newly developed road paving boundary block Mirror Block S that recycles and utilizes waste glass as one of its aggregates. Each block is mixed with about 3 kg of waste glass to recycle and utilize the waste glass as a reflective and ornamental material. With the newly developed Mirror Block S, waste glass is distributed only on the block surface stratum. The Mirror Block S is available in the reflective type with a distribution of large-grain transparent glass of fine particle size. The road paving boundary block has the effect of improving the visibility of road shoulders due to the reflective effect of glass.
