In the paper a small X-ray digital Radiography(DR) inspecting system is developed which can be used to inspect the inner corrosion, rustiness and blocks in the water pipelines or chemical pipelines within 100mm diameter. The X-ray introscopic instrument in the system has small-volume and light-weight feature, and can also be used in other X-ray DR systems. The sensitivity of the system is high than 1% and the space resolution is high than 3lp/mm.
