Energy-Saving Effect Evaluation Research of the Existing Residential Building in North China Area Based on Unascertained Measure Theory
Evaluating energy-saving effect plays an important role during the transformation on existing residential buildings for energy saving in cold area of north China. A relative index evaluation system of the energy efficiency in residential buildings is formed according to relevant energy-saving standards of the Ministry of Construction of China and the present situation in this area. Then a comprehensive evaluation model is built based on entropy and Unascertained Measure theory, and through an example to verify the applicability and feasibility of the model.
