Structural Optimal Design of Honeycomb Paperboard Pallet
Honeycomb Paperboard Pallet has great value in transporting packaging domain. On the basis of pallet test and structure characteristics of Honeycomb Paperboard Pallet, this paper simplified the model of the pallet. Using the ANSYS software, the simulated the static and dynamic characteristics of pallet model is studied. Combining the results, several relevant optimal plans about pallet structure is worked out. The work and achievement in this paper may be used to improve the static compression function, the dynamic shearing function and the drop function of honeycomb paperboard pallet, and optimize the pallet structure.
