Possibilities of microcomputers application in Czechoslovak Water Management Network
Review of the basic tasks and functions of the Czochoslovak Water Management Network of Scientific and Technical Information is briefly given. The functions as online database searching/communications/, word processing, administration and database management system which can be applied on microcomputer are discussed. Current microcomputer technology as well as software application available to special libraries and information centres in CSSR are briefly dealt with from the point of view of possible application in the Czechoslovak Water Management Network of Scientific and Technical Information.
