A combined approach to demand prediction (water supply)
As the technological level of control and monitoring of water supply networks increases, so the requirement for accurate information to facilitate the efficient operation/optimisation of such networks also increases. The availability of accurate short term demand forecasts is one such requirement and this paper deals with a combined mathematical and knowledge based approach to providing such forecasts.
