A digital processing method based on the binary image in the Bayesian subspace and geometry vectorization algorithms is proposed to extract on the image of a cross-section of material interface. The actual microstructure image of emulsified asphalt cement concrete interface is processed and obtained as an example by application software based on the digital processing method, then the two-dimensional microstructure image is transferred into vectorization graphics CAD file.
