This paper examines the construction of livable environment in TieXi's old Industrial Relocation Area from three aspects, namely, the connotation of livable environment, the strategy and objective of constructing livable environment in TieXi district, and the according specific measures. Then the specific measures will be drawn via qualitative analysis and on-site inspection methods.
